Delivery

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver all eligible orders within 48 hours (two working days) across most UK mainland addresses.

Are there any delivery restrictions?

Yes, we are unable to deliver to certain postcodes. If your delivery address falls outside our standard service area, we will contact you after checkout to discuss alternative options.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, Click & Collect is available. Place your order before 12pm for collection the next working day between 9am and 3pm. You’ll receive an email confirming when your order is ready.

Please note: Hille Furniture is not eligible for Click & Collect.

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

We’ll send you an email once your order is ready to collect. Please wait for this confirmation before travelling to our collection point.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition, unassembled, and in original packaging.
